Luster Products has announced its selection of Grammy winning R&B singer-songwriter and actress LeToya Luckett as the fresh, new face of Luster’s Pink Brand Smooth Touch products.

As part of the pop group Destiny’s Child, LeToya counts two Grammy Awards and co-writing credits to the group’s smashes “Bills, Bills, Bills” and “Say My Name” as milestones in her career. 

“I honestly never dreamed that I would go from being a little girl who played “dress up” to being the face of a brand for women who want superstar hair. I’m looking forward to taking Smooth Touch to the next level.”

Beginning next month, Luckett will make retail and other appearances on behalf of Smooth Touch in several U.S. cities, and be featured in Smooth Touch television, print, outdoor and digital advertising.

Luckett’s image and autograph are featured on the new Smooth Touch Limited Edition relaxer kits which began shipping in late June and will appear in stores across the country beginning later this summer.
