Mary J. Blige Buys $12 Million N.J. Mansion
Hip-Hop Soul queen Mary J. Blige make the best of sagging real estate market buying a New Jersey mansion for $12 million.

Ms. Blige who's current on tour with Jay-Z, paid $12.3 million in cash for a Saddle River, N.J., mansion, the Daily News reports.
The house originally went on the market last year for $17 million and was reduced this year to $13.9 million but thanks to the sagging housing market Ms.Blige was able to purchase the house for $12.3 million.
The newly constructed eight-bedroom house is built on 4.2 acres and modeled after a French country manor. It features a gourmet kitchen, eight bathrooms, a spiral staircase, 14-seat movie theater, a fitness room, hardwood basketball court, wine tasting room and an elevator.
Ms.Blige's new neighbors include Ja Rule, Wyclef Jean, the Rev. Run of Run-DMC, Vince Carter, actor Danny Aiello and novelist Mary Higgins Clark.
Ms.Blige and her husband, record-industry executive Kendu Isaacs, are not expected to move in anytime soon.
