Simmons Jewelry Expands to New Offices

Russell Simmons and estranged wife, Kimora Lee, founder of Baby Phat, have rented new offices for their growing Simmons Jewelry line.

The Simmons will take over the entire seventh floor of 462-468 Seventh Avenue, 10 000 feet of office space, the New York Post reports.

The asking rent was $40 a foot for the seven-year deal.

Simmons Jewelry was founded in 2004 in partnership with Fabrikant & Sons, a 4th generation major US diamond wholesaler.

Simmons chose this location because sources said he wanted to be near his main offices at 512 Seventh Ave.
