P. Diddy has been trading in the real estate market as of late buying and selling buildings.
After recently purchasing a Midtown building for the new headquarters of the Sean Jean fashion line, Combs sold his 12-story building at 813 Park Avenue, for $14.3 million.The building consist of 3, four-story townhouses.
